These opportunities may be supplied or administered by third parties.

When you interact with an offer, the third-party provider may receive information necessary to:

  • Determine eligibility;

  • Track progress;

  • Confirm completion;

  • Prevent fraud;

  • Attribute a conversion;

  • Resolve disputes concerning completion.

Third-party offer providers may collect information directly from you or through their SDKs, cookies, pixels, device identifiers, or other technologies.

Your interaction with a third-party offer may also be subject to that provider's privacy policy and terms.

7. SWEEPSTAKES, PROMOTIONS, TOKENS, AND REWARDS

Where Rewardify offers sweepstakes, promotional programs, Tokens, Rewards, or similar features, we may process information necessary to administer those features.

  • Track Tokens or other promotional units;

  • Process entries or participation;

12. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

20. THIRD-PARTY ADVERTISING AND TECHNOLOGY PROVIDERS

Rewardify may use third-party advertising, analytics, attribution, and technology providers.

The providers used by Rewardify may change over time.

​

Examples of technologies or providers that have been associated with the Services include advertising and analytics companies such as:

  • Google/AdMob;

  • AppLovin;

  • Meta/Facebook;

  • Unity;

  • InMobi;

  • ironSource;

  • Smaato;

  • Verizon;

  • Vungle;

  • Amazon;

  • AdColony;

  • Fyber;

  • HyprMX;

  • Soomla;

  • TapResearch; and

  • Other advertising, offer-wall, analytics, attribution, fraud-prevention, and technology providers.

 

Important: the vendor list above must be reconciled against Rewardify's current production SDK inventory before this Privacy Policy is published. Providers that are no longer used should be removed, and any provider currently collecting personal information should be added with its current privacy URL and applicable data practices.

 

21. DO NOT TRACK

Some browsers and devices may transmit "Do Not Track" signals.

​

Because there is not a uniform industry standard governing all such signals, Rewardify does not necessarily respond to every Do Not Track signal.

​

Where applicable law requires recognition of a qualifying privacy preference signal, Rewardify will process that signal as required by law.
